I came to check in at the hotel around 5.30 am . The manager asked me to wait as he was sleeping. The body language was uninviting and un professional . Finally I was asked to check the room though I booked it earlier over phone. I found the only difference between a Super Deluxe and Dsluxe Room using the size and Super Deluxe came with a window. But when I entered the room while unpacking realised di not have any wardrobe. So I called the reception but realised that the phone wasn't working. J went to the reception and told the person. He was unhappy with me and send a chap who showed me next to the door there is a tiny wardrobe. I was shocked to see the same. I enquired about tea and coffee as there is no arrangement in the room. I was told it will be available after 7 am. The room's decor is not upto my taste also. God help this hotel. I will look for a different hotel if I have to stay another day.

The rooms are painted pink and are neat.No complaints with the AC and room service is good. The food is great. Paneer pakoda,paneer butter masala and kahdhai paneer deserve an order. However rooms for single person are smaller in size.

Worst Hotel. I have booked the hotel through Cleartrip. After reaching the hotel, they said that there is no booking by our name. And there behaviour was very bad, cheap, unprofessional and rude. It's a very bad hotel.

I booked in may 27 2017 through oyo. Once I reached they said there is no booking. I repeated to check again and personal on reception said " ek bar kaha sunta nahi hai". They made me feel like I am begging. Such a cheap hotel and unprofessional behaviour. I cancel my booking from oyo and had another hotel. Will give zero rating.

Was there for a training in the banquet hall, in the basement. AC was not working and they had installed wall fans to make up for the circulation in the room. There is only one toilet, that too on the ground floor. Food was okai, attending staff were good and only high point. All three stars are for the staff only.Suites are great. Decent Hotel with complimentary breakfast.Normal and hot water available. Window AC with old model but in working condition. Good value for money.
